Following the success of our previous boot camps, the Professional Development Center (PDC) at the Virtual University of Pakistan (VU) is excited to announce the Winter STEM Boot Camp 2024. This hands-on training will offer children the opportunity to engage in STEM activities, spark curiosity, and build foundational skills that contribute towards shaping them into future innovators.
The Winter Boot Camp will focus on Arduino Programming using Blockly, introducing students to block-based coding, hardware components, and interactive electronics projects.
Objective:
- Introduce students to the basics of Arduino base hardware and block coding
- Teach students how to create their own Arduino projects
- Help students develop their problem-solving skills by challenging them to solve problems and come up with creative solutions
- Encourage students to be creative and innovative by encouraging them to think outside the box and come up with new ideas
- Teach students valuable life skills, such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving

University's Right to Cancel/Postpone:

Refunds and Credits:
If an event is canceled by the University, participants who have already paid registration fees will be eligible for a full refund.
Credit card service fee will be deducted as per banking regulations.
In case of postponement, the University might offer participants the option to transfer their registration fees to a rescheduled event.
