VU Cisco Networking Academy invites you to join the 2026 EMEA Cisco Networking Academy Cup, an exciting global competition in collaboration with the Global Cisco NetAcad Program and Real Madrid. This unique initiative combines learning, competition, and sports, giving students a chance to build future-ready technology skills and compete for an unforgettable experience in Madrid.

How the Cup Works

The Cup is conducted in two phases:

Phase 1: Learn-A-Thon (Free Registration)

Participants will enroll in Cisco introductory courses to gain knowledge in networking, cybersecurity, AI, IoT, and digital transformation.

List of Courses:

  • Introduction to Cybersecurity
  • Introduction to Modern AI
  • Introduction to IoT and Digital Transformation
  • Digital Safety and Security Awareness
  • Networking Basics
  • Industrial Networking Essentials
  • Networking Technician Career Path Exam
🎯
Students who complete the courses and achieve at least 70% marks in any attempt will be considered for selection in Phase 2.

Phase 2: Capture the Flag (EMEA Final)

VU Cisco Networking Academy will form its official team from the top-performing students of Phase 1.

Selected teams from different countries will compete in a Capture the Flag challenge featuring exclusive content developed by Cisco and Real Madrid. The challenge highlights the digital transformation of the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and focuses on:

  • Digital Signage
  • Wi-Fi 6
  • Network Infrastructure
